Kindergarten’s ABC VoiceThread activities »

Our kindergarten students created a VoiceThread using the letters of the alphabet. Each student was given a different letter and asked to find pictures of at least 3 things that started with that sound. Once their pictures were completed and uploaded to VoiceThread, students were recorded talking about their pictures and letters.

Students in the fourth grade gifted cluster classrooms created original videos for the different regions in Virginia. They worked in cooperative groups to design and produce a commerical, advertising the wonderful resources in each region, with the goal of persuading people to visit that region.

Tell us what you think. What region would you like to visit?

Sharing our Activities »

Notice the name of our blog-Birdneck Technology Center. This is a special place to share information on what’s happening in the technology centers here at Birdneck ES. I would like to know what kind of activities our students are completing using technology. I’ve heard that some of the classes created digitial stories and VoiceThread activities. What have you done? Leave your comment below and check back often to find out what others are doing too!
