Students in the third grade gifted cluster classroom worked together to create original movies about animal adaptations. Check out these movies: bottlenose-dolphins, river-otters, and pygmy-marmosets .

Students in the fourth grade gifted cluster classrooms created original videos for the different regions in Virginia. They worked in cooperative groups to design and produce a commerical, advertising the wonderful resources in each region, with the goal of persuading people to visit that region.

Our planet is made of many different places to live. Each place has its own special plants, animals, and weather patterns. Together, these things form a habitat. Plants and animals have adapted over time to fit into their habitat.
